Simply put, I’m outgoing and love being around people which is why I especially enjoy shooting weddings. I’ve enjoyed photography since I was a kid but really got into it after my wife & I had our first child back in 2012 later that year I decided to invest in my first professional camera & lenses so I could take higher quality images of our daughter. During the early part of 2013, I decided to start taking opportunities as they arose to get paid for some photo gigs here and there while I continued to learn from other photographers via YouTube. Eventually I got into editing with software such as Adobe Photoshop & purchasing some high quality photography tutorials by Lee Morris & Patrick Hall who founded a popular photography community called Fstoppers.

Over the years, I’ve been blessed to photograph everything from beautiful weddings to adorable baby portraits, breathtaking landscapes around the world to incredible athletes throughout the United States. Each day I continue to take steps to becoming a better photographer, editor, & videographer (another skill that I started cultivating over 5 years ago mainly to create Wedding Highlight Films) as I never want to become complacent but continually work towards my maximum potential.

Lastly, my family has grown a lot since 2012, my wife Michelle & I were married back in 2009, we now have 4 children that have added an entirely new level of purpose to life, Elizabeth (10), Natalie (6), Christian (4), & Benjamin (1). My grandmother, Nana, lives with us after we had lived with her for many years and at 97 she continues to inspire me with her kindness towards others, work ethic, & love for Jesus. In addition to my family & friends, I enjoy working out, playing the piano & singing, baking, firearms, sports, & learning.
